About the Role Water Meter Readers walk around to every property in
Townsville to take readings of water meters. Areas are swapped
around between workers to share the load of more hilly areas with
flat areas. Workers also swap between residential and company meter
readings.
What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- Current Police Check (clear)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Open Driver’s License
- Physically capable of walking through streets
to properties across all suburbs of Townsville
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety
- Positive attitude
