Sales Support - Join a high-performing local team   About Us A dynamic and growing family-owned business that is responsible for supplying Australia’s leading retailers with a range of fresh produce including Bananas, Avocados and Papaya.   We work closely with our grower partners to ensure that great quality produce arrives on time to destinations across the country.   Due to the company’s growth we are looking for someone to join our Tully team in a fulltime role.   The Role   The role will be responsible for the providing admin support for specific produce categories, coordinating closely with the Category Manager(s) in Sydney. The role is crucial to ensuring that our customers receive what they ordered.   Responsibilities •         Ensure each load of fruit is sent on time, with accurate paperwork •         Maintain up-to-date load information and distribute to stakeholders •         Record orders, what has been consigned, ripened etc. •         Reconciliation of reports •         Managing order changes and queries   What we are looking for •         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and experienced with IT systems •         Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within designated time frames •         Ability to work in a busy environment and be a team player •         Confident phone manner •         Good with numbers & be able to manage multiple tasks •         Willing to learn and grow into role •         Experience in a similar or clerical role

About the role: Achieve is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive for our client based in Townsville. Within this role you will need to develop long term relationships with clients & suppliers, by providing exceptional customer service, project management and sales. To actively seek new opportunities and to ensure overall satisfaction for projects from installers to clients.   Essential Criteria: Minimum 3 years experience in sales Demonstrated level of success in relationships with clients and suppliers Time management skills Able to work autonomously Physical fitness Understanding of workplace health and safety practices Cold call- sales abilities- desire to succeed and reach budgets. General knowledge of computers and office applications Current drivers licence Primary Role: Provide positive customer experience Cross selling and upselling solutions and manage customer expectations Maintain in depth product knowledge and service Complete outstanding sales orders/ release issue/quotes Attend networking events Actively seek new business through, but not limited to, networking, cold calling, researching, following leads.
