Achieve are looking for some experienced Water Blasters for an immediate start in Townsville.
If you have experience using a min 20,000 PSI - 40,000 PSI pressure water blasters then we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for ticketed operators MSMSS00018, however if you have the experience, or are an expired ticket holder, we would like to talk to you regards potentially getting you ticketed.
ABOUT THE ROLE:Experience in automated lancing equipment
Auto tank head cleans, tube lancing etc
Knowledge of high pressure pumps
Spotter work
Ability to work away in mining sites
Washing down structures on mine sites
Water blasting heavy machinery in the mines eg loaders & dump trucks
Water blasting fixed plant in the mines
REQUIREMENTS Water blasting ticket MSMSS00018 current to within 2yrs
Experience with 20,000 - 40,0000 PSI
Ability to pass full medical, functional, audio, chest x-ray, lead bloods and D&A
Ability to pass and clear a Police check if required for site
First Aid incl CPR or ability to get
Physically able to do the role
Confined space ticket - or ability to obtain
HR truck or higher preferred but not essential
WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday with some Saturday and Sunday work
Weekly pay and weekly Super
Overtime + penalties + working away entitlements
Part-time - full-time hours available
Casual position leading into a permanent role for the right person
