Warehousing Administrator - Brisbane - Crestmead

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This includes maintaining inventory records, coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and supporting the warehouse team with clerical tasks. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry, labeling, and tracking
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery dockets, and invoices
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and dispatches
• Support stocktaking, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
• Monitor and order office and warehouse supplies as needed
• Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with general administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and document control
• Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed at all times



Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role (1–2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is an advantage
• Forklift license (optional, depending on the role)
