Responsibilities:- Painting of transmissions
- Carry out component cleaning/preparation
- Assembly of accessories onto transmissions
- Carry out minor service and light maintenance activities when requested
- Assist Tradespersons and key staff members in day to day activities
- Maintain workshop facilities in good condition with clean and tidy work areas
- General workshop and wider site tasks as required
Key Focus:- Quality – this is paramount, we must find someone who values quality and wants to deliver quality workmanship
- As with all roles the individual must embody our value and beliefs
Key Recruiting Criteria:- Any age but prefer a self-starter over 18
- Willing to learn the way we like things done
- Preference for a TA in the marine or industrial industry with experience in spray painting
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent people skills
