Job Title: Traffic Controller / Labourer

Roster: Monday to Friday (5/2)

Traffic Controller / Labourer to join our team on a civil project in
Mission Beach. This is a
Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) role, suitable for candidates based in
Cairns or Townsville, with
accommodation provided while on shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and remove traffic signage, pedestrian walkways, and site closures at the end of each workday
- Perform general civil labouring duties between traffic control tasks
- Work safely and effectively within a team on an active civil construction site
Requirements:
- Construction White Card
- Traffic Control Tickets (Stop/Slow & Implement Traffic Management Plans)
- Open Manual Driver’s Licence (minimum)
- Proven experience working on a civil construction site
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Ability to pass random Drug & Alcohol screening
- Commitment to safety and following site procedures
