Seeking Telehandlers with CN licenses- Phosphate, QLD

FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) roster: 3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week off. We are seeking motivated, experienced personnel to join our team. Accommodation, meals, and travel from Townsville are provided. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a dynamic environment with career growth potential.

Start Date: ASAP until November

Responsibilities: 
  • Operate telehandlers with jib attachments (3.5–4T Class CN) safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Assist in material handling and logistics across the construction site.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site procedures.
  • Assist with modular construction, structural assemblies, and site logistics.
  • Perform general labour duties as required.
  • Support in dogging and rigging activities (tickets highly regarded).
  • Work safely and efficiently within a team environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Valid Telehandler ticket/licence.
  • Proven experience operating jib-equipped telehandlers (3.5–4T Class CN).
  • Strong safety record and adherence to site safety procedures.
  • Preferably experience in industrial or construction projects.
  • Background in building, modular assembly, or structural installation.
  • Dogging and/or Rigger tickets (Highly regarded).
  • Valid Working at Heights ticket (within last 2 years).
  • Confined Spaces ticket (within last 2 years).
Additional Skills & Certifications
  • Strong commitment to safety and site procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience in cooling tower construction, modular projects, or FRP structures is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to adapt to industrial and high-demand environments.
Roster & Benefits:
  • Roster: 3 weeks on-site / 1 week off.
  • Accommodation & Meals: Provided during on-site shifts.
  • Travel: Arranged from Townsville; candidates outside Townsville are responsible for their travel arrangements to Townsville.
  • PPE: All personnel must supply steel cap boots, long work pants, high-visibility long-sleeve shirts, and hard hats.
Medical & Site Induction Requirements:
  • Current mine-site medical, including chest X-ray (within the last 12 months), or ability to complete one.
  • Participation in pre-employment medical assessments.
  • Must pass Drug & Alcohol testing (pre-site, random, and post-shift testing).
  • Completion of site inductions (induction packs provided after medical clearance).
  • Induction duration: approximately 1–1.5 days plus additional on-site safety briefings.
