Supervisors & Operators - Civil Construction Project - Stanwell Location: Stanwell, approx. 25 minutes from Rockhampton
Start Date: 16 April 2026 Project Duration: 3 Months Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off, Thursday - Wednesday (for Supervisors only)
Shift Times: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift Only)
We are seeking skilled and safety focused personnel for an upcoming civil construction project in Stanwell, commencing
16 April 2026. This 3 month project will be ideal for candidates local to the Rockhampton region due to the daily commute.
Positions Supervisors (x2)
7/7 Roster, Thursday - Wednesday- Overseeing daily site operations and workforce coordination
- Ensuring compliance with safety systems, procedures, and site standards
- Communicating project requirements and task allocations
- Monitoring productivity and maintaining work quality
- Completing daily reports, pre-starts, and documentation
- Liaising with client representatives and project management
Operator Labourer- Assisting with civil construction activities across site
- Operating machinery as ticketed (e.g., roller, skid steer, small plant)
- Performing general labouring duties including manual handling, site clean-up, spotting, and basic ground support
- Supporting operators, supervisors, and trades as required
- Conducting pre-start checks and adhering to safety requirements
Final Trim Operator- Final trim operation on machinery such as graders or excavators (depending on skillset)
- Achieving high-accuracy levels for final earthworks and finishing tasks
- Working closely with supervisors and surveyors to meet project specifications
- Maintaining equipment to required standards and completing pre-start checks
- Assisting with general site tasks when machine operation is not required
Remuneration & Conditions- Flat hourly rate
- DIDO only, no accommodation or travel provided
- Candidates must live locally or within a reasonable commute to Rockhampton
- 25?minute drive from the Rockhampton region
Induction Requirements This project has minimal induction requirements. No Standard 11 or Coal Board Medical needed.
