Site Supervisor - Ellis Beach, Cairns
Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a subdivision project located at Ellis Beach, Cairns. This role is responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage daily site operations for the subdivision project
- Supervise contractors and site personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
- Coordinate daily workloads and report on site progress
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders as required
Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
About You:- Previous experience in civil construction, ideally within subdivision projects
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Ability to start immediately
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
- Preferably based locally in or around the Cairns / Ellis Beach area
