About the Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll be working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager on various projects across Townsville
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets
- Provide regular site updates to project stakeholders
Requirements & Experience- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects valued over $5 million
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
- Must be currently based in Townsville
