Scaffold Labourers to join our team in Townsville. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in dynamic construction projects while supporting experienced scaffolders on-site.
You’ll play a key role in assisting with the safe setup, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding
- Handle and transport scaffolding materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite
- Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project timelines
What We’re Looking For- Basic understanding of construction or scaffolding environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Requirements- Construction White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to travel to different sites around Townsville
Nice to Have- Previous experience as a Scaffold Labourer or in construction
- Familiarity with scaffolding tools and materials
- Ability to read and interpret basic site plans
