Refinery Operators - Townsville Pay Rate: 32.71 - 38.79 (depending on experience)
We are looking for driven people who can excel in a busy refinery setting. You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and be safety focused as well as be open and comfortable learning new systems.
- Perform tasks to required standards to ensure safe, efficient production
- Maintain product quality per operational requirements
- Reduce production losses and improve equipment effectiveness
- Keep the plant clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift
- Focus on strong housekeeping for a safe work area
- Monitor equipment and follow preventative maintenance instructions
- Address urgent maintenance needs as they arise
- Be proactive in spotting and fixing defects early
- Participate in emergency, shutdown, and breakdown procedures as trained
- Follow all safety rules, especially lockout procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- DG Dogging
- WP Boom Type Elevated Work Platform
