About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Ponds Operator for a long-term labour hire position. This is a day-shift role operating heavy machinery within a ponds or processing environment.

Roster & Hours:

• Day shift 
  
  
• 6:00am – 6:00pm
  
  
• 12-hour shifts
  
  
• 4 days on / 4 days off roster
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of:
  
  
  • Loader
    
    
  • Moxie
    
    
  • Excavator
    
    
• Conducting daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
  
  
• Maintaining safe operations and site cleanliness
  
  
• Working in line with site procedures and safety standards
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• Strong experience operating loaders, moxies, and excavators
  
  
• Current relevant machinery tickets/licences
  
  
• High commitment to workplace safety
  
  
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4/4 roster
  
  
• Reliability and long-term availability
