About the Role: We are seeking a skilled
Piling Supervisor to oversee piling activities for major civil construction projects in the Townsville & wider region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stability, competitive remuneration, and the chance to work with a leading contractor.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise piling crews, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Plan and coordinate piling activities to meet project schedules and specifications.
• Oversee the installation of bored, driven, and sheet piling systems.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, plans, and safety standards.
• Manage equipment and resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Provide daily reports and updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor or similar role within the civil construction industry.
• Strong understanding of piling techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or equivalent (preferred).
