Offsider Operator to join our team at the
Port of Townsville. This hands-on role involves assisting with
lead clean-up, bin and plant washdowns,
vac truck operations and general site support. Those with a mining medical already would be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with lead contamination clean-up vac duties
- Conduct washdowns of plant equipment and bins
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow site safety procedures at all times
Requirements:- Ability to work physically demanding 12-hour days
- Must hold a current White Card
- Own reliable transport to and from the Port of Townsville
- Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Roster & Hours:- 1 week on / 1 week off (Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts)
- Potential for extra work during off weeks as operations increase
