As the business transitions to new locations, your role will expand to encompass various administrative and client engagement tasks, making your proactive approach and reliability essential to long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone inquiries and client bookings through the scheduling system
  • Checking the bank account to confirm report payments and releasing reports
  • Handling scheduling conflicts and client timelines with professionalism
  • Learning and efficiently utilising pest and building scheduling software
  • Supporting ongoing administrative functions related to accounts and payroll
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging clients with respect and consideration
  • Strong organisational skills and the initiative to work independently without constant supervision
