Multiskilled Operators - Westwood
Achieve Group are seeking two experienced
Multiskilled Operators to join a civil construction team. These roles offer stable, ongoing work with a strong opportunity to transition into permanent positions for the right candidates.
- Location: Westwood (DIDO from Rockhampton)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, optional Saturdays.
- Type: Full-time casual
- Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate:
- GPS Excavator (22–36T)
- Skid Steer
- Roller
- Backhoe
- Perform civil earthworks, trenching, batter work, road construction and general site duties.
- Complete daily pre-starts, maintenance checks and adhere to safety protocols.
- Work as part of a high-performing team on Transport and Main Roads–aligned projects.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience operating 22–36 tonne excavator, GPS
- Proven capability operating multiple machines (skid steer, roller, backhoe).
- GPS experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of civil construction practices, particularly road and infrastructure works.
- Reliable, safety?focused and able to work in a team environment.
- Physical White Card
- Access to reliable transport
