About the Company:
We are partnered with a  leading civil construction company specializing in roads, infrastructure, landscaping, etc.. With an established reputation for delivering quality projects, we are seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced MR Water Truck Operator / Roller Operator to join our team for ongoing casual work.

Key Responsibilities:
Water Truck Operations:

Operate and maintain a Medium Rigid (MR) water truck for dust suppression, road construction, and other civil works.

Ensure the water truck is filled, monitored, and refilled according to job requirements.

Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the truck.

Safely operate the truck in compliance with road safety and traffic regulations.

Roller Operations:

Operate a roller for compaction of materials such as gravel, asphalt, or concrete on various civil construction sites.

Monitor the compaction process to ensure specifications are met.

Perform pre- and post-operational checks on the roller and complete relevant maintenance logs.

General Site Duties:

Assist with general site operations and construction activities as required.

Maintain safe working practices in accordance with company safety policies.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Follow project timelines and ensure high standards of work are maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
MR Truck Licence: Valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence is essential.

Roller Ticket: Roller operation ticket (RIIHAN305E or equivalent) required.

White Card: General Construction Induction Card.

Previous experience operating water trucks and rollers in a civil construction environment.

Strong understanding of site safety protocols and industry standards.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and in a physically demanding role.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.

Desirable Skills:
Additional plant tickets (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer) will be highly regarded.

Experience in road construction and maintenance projects.

Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance checks.
