Mill Operators wanted in Townsville Monday–Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others this could be the role for you.
The role- Assisting with the setting up, adjusting, and operating of machinery for producing steel beams for roofing and other steel roofing products
- Learning how to read and interpret detailed orders and drawings for production
- Monitoring product quality, ensuring finished product meets expected requirements
- Jumping in helping other departments when and where the need arises
- Operate and monitor rollforming equipment to produce roofing and walling profiles
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Overhead crane operation
About you- Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol test and interview prior to commencement.
- Overhead crane operation experience (preferred; training available)
Potential to go long-term so we are looking for someone who is willing to take on a long-term position.
