Manufacturing & Logistics Operator Achieve Group are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused
Manufacturing & Logistics Operators to work with our clients across the manufacturing and steel production industries.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing and rollforming machinery to produce steel roofing, walling, fencing, gutters, flashings, purlins and associated building products.
- Read and interpret production schedules, work orders and product specifications.
- Program and adjust machinery to manufacture products to customer specifications.
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead gantry cranes, slings and other material handling equipment.
- Carry out routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Assist with stock control and stocktakes.
About You Essential- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment.
- Current LF Forklift License.
- Basic computer literacy.
Desirable- Previous experience operating rollforming or production machinery.
- Experience within the steel manufacturing or construction materials industry.
- Experience operating overhead gantry cranes (remote or pendant controlled).
Pre-Employment Requirements Successful applicants will be required to:- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Complete any required medical assessments.
- Attend a pre-employment interview.
- Provide evidence of relevant licences and qualifications.
- Have the legal right to work in Australia.
