What you'll be doing:- Employee Relations: Act as the go-to expert for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, managing grievances, and mediating workplace issues to promote a fair and respectful culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting compelling job ads to interviewing and onboarding new team members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and roll out creative initiatives that boost morale, increase job satisfaction, and strengthen our team, including recognition programs and company events.
- Policy & Compliance: Keep our HR practices robust and compliant by maintaining policies in line with the Fair Work Act and relevant Modern Awards.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administration, maintain employee records, and assist with HR reporting to support data-driven decisions.
What you will bring to the team:- Proven experience as an HR Generalist within an Australian business.
- A strong, practical understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment cycles and employee relations cases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
