We are seeking an experienced Groundsman in Townsville.
The role requires someone who can take pride in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property and respond proactively to maintenance needs as they arise.
About the role- General gardening duties including mowing, whipper snipping, tree pruning, weeding etc.
- Minor road maintenance
- Litter collection (minimal, but required as part of upkeep)
- Pool cleaning and upkeep and cleanliness of pool amenities
- Various maintenance jobs as required
About you- Previous experience in the duties listed above (does not need to be proficient in every area but must be willing to learn).
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and physically fit
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work
- Can provide or obtain a current police check (essential)
- Holds a current Chainsaw Ticket (preferred)
- Holds a current MR Truck Licence (preferred)
