Role Requirements:
- Valid White Card
- Proven experience in formwork, concreting, or carpentry
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing on-site
- Solid work history with references
- Basic technical/computer skills (for site inductions and safety modules)
- Able to work well in a team, with a positive attitude and good communication
- Respect for shared accommodation — must keep living spaces clean and tidy
