We are seeking a Finance Officer (Travel and Credit Cards) to work in either our Townsville or Perth office.

About the role

  • Responsible for end-to-end Administration of the corporate credit card program.

  • Organising travel arrangements.

  • Processing expense reimbursements.

  • Preparation and processing of invoices and receipts.

  • Supporting staff with system and travel advice.

  • Supporting petty cash administration.

About you

  • Previous experience in travel management- booking high volumes of travel and a strong understanding of flights and sectors.

  • Availability for the full 6 months, based in either Townsville or Perth.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Benefits

  • $39-$44 per hour (depending on experience).

  • Full-time, 6-month Temporary opportunity.
