Key ResponsibilitiesThe Final Trim Grader Operator will be responsible for:• Operating a grader to final trim and level specification standards
• Reading and interpreting site plans, set-out information, and level requirements
• Performing precise trimming, shaping, and finishing of road and civil surfaces
• Working closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and other plant operators
• Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance checks
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment on site
• Supporting the broader civil construction team as required
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential Requirements• Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
• Strong ability to work to levels and final trim specifications
• Experience on civil construction projects
• Commitment to safe work practices
• White Card
• Relevant tickets, licences and operating experience
• Ability to work well within a team and follow site instructions
