Required Skills:- Proven experience operating Caterpillar Scrapers, including models 623s, 627s, 631s, and 637s
- Current licenses and tickets such as RII for plant operation
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and site procedures
- Ability to conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience working on large civil or infrastructure projects
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience operating other Caterpillar earthmoving machinery (Dozers, Compactors, Water Moxys)
- Additional certifications relevant to civil construction and equipment operation
- Knowledge of site-specific safety standards and environmental procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:- Proven track record of operating heavy earthmoving equipment in civil or construction settings
- Relevant licenses and tickets demonstrating your qualification for the role
