Achieve are recruiting for a Dockhand/Forklift Operator in Townsville In this role you will be responsible for unloading all the parcels and freight from the truck trailer and cages. This position requires early morning starts and has a total of 20-25hrs per week. There is a possibility your hours could increase on busy days when you might be required to go out as a truck offsider.
This is a very physical role. It requires a lot of heavy lifting, bending, stretching and reaching. It is hot and heavy work so you will need to have the physical capabilities to perform the role.
REQUIREMENTS: Forklift Ticket
Ability to physically be able to do the role
Manual handling and heavy lifting required to be completed safely
Own transport for getting to work
Monday - Friday position
Ability to work alongside management and other staff
This role is paying $32.50p/hr weekly. Super is paid weekly.
