Dockhand / Depot Assistant to join our team in
Rockhampton. This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement their existing work hours or someone simply chasing a stable part-time routine.
What You’ll Be Doing You will be the backbone of our morning depot operations, helping keep things moving safely and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
- Heavy Lifting: Safely handling and moving heavy cardboard items and freight.
- Depot Maintenance: Keeping the depot spotless by sweeping up debris and wiping down tables.
- Team Support: Pitching in with a "can-do" attitude to assist the Depot Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
What We Are Looking For- Physical Fitness: You must be fit, able-bodied, and comfortable handling repetitive heavy lifting.
- Reliability: Early morning starts mean you need to be dependable, punctual, and have the ability to get yourself to and from work reliably.
- Great Attitude: You are willing to jump on a broom, tidy up, and do what it takes to keep the workspace safe and clean.
