Construction Project Manager on behalf of a
well-established and highly regarded local construction company based in Townsville.
Our client delivers a diverse range of projects across
defence, education, and building works and is seeking an experienced professional to join their team due to continued growth.
The Opportunity This role will see you taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects, managing all phases from contract award through to completion.
Key Requirements- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager within the building/construction sector
- Strong background in managing building projects (defence and education experience highly regarded)
- Solid experience with contracts administration and project documentation
- Proven ability in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong level of computer literacy, with strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
