We’re Hiring a Project Manager.  If you are a driven and detail-oriented construction professional who thrives on seeing a project through from concept to completion? We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team and lead high-quality projects with confidence and care. Experience working on Government Defence projects will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Drive project delivery to ensure outcomes are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and inspire site teams and subcontractors to achieve outstanding results.
  • Promote a positive, solutions-focused site culture.
  • Conduct regular site meetings, performance reviews, and on-site check-ins.
Budget & Cost Control
  • Closely monitor project costs, manage variations, and control expenditure.
  • Prepare, submit, and review progress claims and invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising on quality.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with legislative requirements, codes, and internal policies.
  • Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture across all teams.
  • Carry out risk assessments and implement proactive safety measures.

Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and all stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting.
  • Address challenges head-on and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Keep meticulous project records, including contracts, plans, and correspondence.
  • Prepare final reports and smooth project handovers at completion.
