About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing a concreting crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily concreting operations
- Lead and manage a small crew on-site
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain productivity and job timelines
Requirements- Certificate III in Concreting (required)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in concreting
- Proven experience in a leading hand or supervisory role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Current, valid driver’s licence
- Own car initially (company car provided after probation period)
- Ability to provide reliable references
