Experienced Civil Plant Operators & Supervisors – TMR / DRFA – Tully Tully | Far North Queensland | Civil Construction | Road & Disaster Recovery
Achieve Group is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators, Labourers and Supervisors for upcoming and ongoing TMR, DRFA and major road construction projects in Tully and throughout regional Queensland.
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous TMR, DRFA/NDRRA, RoadTek, Local Government or major civil road construction experience.
The Roles We are seeking experienced operators for:
- Excavators
- Graders
- Loaders
- Rollers
- Water Carts
- Skid Steers
- Other heavy civil plant
We are also looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to coordinate crews, plant and daily site activities.
Projects may include:- Flood and disaster recovery works
- Road reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation
- Earthworks and formation
- Drainage and culvert works
- Batter and table drain construction
- Road upgrades and widening
- Gravel re-sheeting
- Final trim and finishing works
What We're Looking For Ideally, you will have:
- TMR and/or DRFA/NDRRA experience
- Proven civil road construction experience
- Relevant plant tickets/competencies
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong safety and quality focus
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work away from home
- Reliable work history and contactable references
Final Trim Grader and Excavator Operators with TMR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
For Supervisors and Leading Hands, previous experience managing civil crews, plant and site activities is highly desirable.
