Change Manager - Brisbane - Until Dec. 2026 (with potential extension) - Hybrid Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead enterprise level change initiatives across complex operational environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that organisational change is strategically planned, effectively governed and successfully embedded across people, processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Change Leadership- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Ensure change initiatives align with organisational priorities, governance standards and project objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders and project managers to define and track benefit realisation metrics.
Business Process & Readiness- Lead business readiness assessments and ensure operational teams are fully prepared for upcoming changes.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across workforce, processes, systems and service delivery.
- Drive business process alignment and standardisation to support efficiency and consistency.
Stakeholder & Engagement Management- Build strong, influential relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate workshops to validate benefits, clarify requirements and prioritise change impacts.
- Lead communication, engagement and adoption strategies that support sustainable change.
Benefits Realisation & Performance Tracking- Establish baseline measures and track post?implementation performance outcomes.
- Report on adoption levels, efficiency gains, cost savings and operational improvements.
- Provide clear visibility of change risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
Governance, Assurance & Handover- Support assurance activities by preparing required artefacts and participating in review sessions.
- Champion continuous improvement and knowledge?sharing across the project environment.
- Develop clear handover documentation for operational owners and end users.
Required Skills & Experience- Proven capability delivering large?scale organisational change within complex environments.
- Strong ability to integrate change management methodologies into structured project delivery.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience measuring and reporting on benefits and adoption outcomes.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience- Knowledge of recognised change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Agile Change).
- Experience with project and improvement methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or ITIL.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
