Skilled Trades & Labourers – Townsville Achieve Group is seeking a reliable and motivated team of
Carpenters, Fencers, Concreters, and Skilled Labourers to work on a large subdivision fencing project in Townsville. This project is scheduled to run on an ongoing basis throughout
2026, offering consistent and stable work for the right candidates.
This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, can work well as part of a small team, and are looking for long-term local employment.
About the Role:- Subdivision fencing and related civil works
- General carpentry, fencing, concreting, and labouring duties
- Working as part of a small, reliable crew
- Local work around Townsville
- Additional work opportunities outside of Townsville may be available for candidates open to working away.
- Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday work.
Requirements:- Clear Police Check
- Construction White Card
- Relevant certifications and tickets for your trade
- Reliable transport to and from site
About You:- Experience in carpentry, fencing, concreting, or skilled labouring
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
- Available to start shortly (weather dependent)
- Available for ongoing work for the majority of the year
