Boilermakers - Brisbane We are seeking skilled Boilermakers with previous experience with heavy fabrication to work within a busy workshop environment. This role involves welding, fabrication and processing of steel products.
Hours- Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm
Pay Rate- $45.47 per hour
About the role- Carry out cutting, punching, rolling, bending, drilling and welding of steel products
- Check and test your own work
- Maintain tools and equipment in an efficient and safe operating condition and report if faulty
- Ensure that specified requirements for all work processes are met
- Comply with WHS rules and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area.
About you- Trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding) or Fabrication or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specification
- Competence in use of factory equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol tests
