About the Role Achieve Group is currently seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented
Administration & Accounts Officer to assist with a broad range of administrative, payroll, and finance-related tasks. This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and operational support within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable processing
- Accounts Payable processing
- Payroll administration
- Driver Runsheet reconciliation
- Compliance administration and record keeping
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Maintaining and updating the commitment register
- Preparation and support of weekly Profit & Loss reports
- Pallet stock control and reconciliation
Skills & Experience- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Payroll experience (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in transport, logistics, or a similar industry (desirable but not essential)
Requirements- Must be able to pass a National Police Check.
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
