We’re currently seeking an experienced administration assistant in Mount Isa who is organised and professional.
Key Responsibilities - Use SAP and Kronos software’s to raise purchase orders, weekly goods receipting, payroll processing, invoicing etc.
- Managing accounts receivable.
- Maintain effective communication with other members of the administration team, operations team, personnel in other departments, and external parties as appropriate.
- Liaise with customers/suppliers and coordinate resolution of issues or queries arising in a timely and effective manner.
- Weekly reports such as billing reports, invoicing, and distribution of invoices as appropriate.
- General office administration duties, ordering supplies, scanning and filing documents, monitoring shared inbox’s etc.
- Travel to Townsville and perform onsite admin work when required (On very rare occasions and travel costs would be covered by the business).
About you- Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role. (Essential)
- Cert III in business administration or higher. (Desirable)
- Experience with Kronos and various SAP products (Desirable)
- Must be available for ongoing work.
- Must have previous administration experience.
About the role- Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, ongoing work.
- $44 per hour.
