Sales Support - Join a high-performing local team
A dynamic and growing family-owned business that is responsible for supplying Australia’s leading retailers with a range of fresh produce including Bananas, Avocados and Papaya.
We work closely with our grower partners to ensure that great quality produce arrives on time to destinations across the country.
Due to the company’s growth we are looking for someone to join our Tully team in a fulltime role.
The role will be responsible for the providing admin support for specific produce categories, coordinating closely with the Category Manager(s) in Sydney. The role is crucial to ensuring that our customers receive what they ordered.
• Ensure each load of fruit is sent on time, with accurate paperwork
• Maintain up-to-date load information and distribute to stakeholders
• Record orders, what has been consigned, ripened etc.
• Reconciliation of reports
• Managing order changes and queries
What we are looking for
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and experienced with IT systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within designated time frames
• Ability to work in a busy environment and be a team player
• Confident phone manner
• Good with numbers & be able to manage multiple tasks
• Willing to learn and grow into role
• Experience in a similar or clerical role
