Achieve Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator

The role:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Administrative support to the project teams relating to procurement and claim submissions 
  • Coordinate meeting and on-site meetings,
  • Generating invoices and purchase orders
  • Procurement of parts and materials

Selection criteria:

  • Previous experience within a project admin role within the civil construction & related industry sectors
  • High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail with experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
