Office Administration Support
Three (3) days per week

Skills

  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn online Construction specific management systems
  • Administrative/Front desk experience
  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with strong multitasking and time-management skills

Duties

  • Register updates using Excel, Word etc (Onsite tracking of Concrete Supply, Reo supply, Skips/Bins, Site Instructions)
  • Procurement of items from various suppliers
  • Tracking of Local industry and Indigenous Participation
  • Defence Site access pass applications
  • Assisting with input of Purchase Orders
  • Printing revised drawings for site team and updating the drawings/register from Online electronic storage to the project folder.
  • Compiling contracts and follow up with Subcontractors
  • Organising staff FIFO travel arrangements
  • Preparing the weekly reporting and photo submission to the client
  • Preparing the weekly reporting to senior management
  • Assisting Site Project Managers
The successful candidate would have a desire to continue their career in the Construction Industry, as there is opportunity for advancement as our client company continues to grow in the Nth Queensland Region. The role would initially be for 3 days a week with some flexibility around hours worked, this will be reviewed periodically as the workload increases.
