Construction Supervisor
We are currently hiring Construction Supervisors to join our client's expanding business in Townsville. We are looking for well presented, well organised and self-motivated individuals with hands on building industry experience.
Qualifications & experience
- Trade qualification
- At least five years’ experience in general construction
- Foreman experience
- Great communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in WHS
- Willingness to undertake criminal history check
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily activities on site
- Plan tasks in advance, preparing materials and equipment
- Manage and coordinate site operations within the time and financial constraints of the project, as conveyed by the Project/Construction manager
- Gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the company’s ISO, WHS Policies and procedures, ensuring that site personnel adhere to them at all times
- Co-ordinate sub-contractors and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe site
