Achieve Group is currently seeking a
Facility and Customer Support Officer on behalf of our client, a respected government department, to join their
Customer and Business Services (CBS) team based at the
Parkhurst in North Rockhampton.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and facilities support across a multi-tenanted government site.
- Manage accommodation requests, access registers, safety committee support, and internal communications.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, including engaging contractors, site inductions, and sourcing quotes.
- Be the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and general facilities support.
- Support financial processing and project-based admin tasks within departmental systems.
- Welcome and direct visitors and respond to counter enquiries professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and adaptable team culture.
Requirements:- Demonstrated administration experience in facilities or office support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- C Class Driver’s Licence (desirable).
- Knowledge of large or government site operations (highly regarded).
Location: Parkhurst Rockhampton
Work Schedule: Part-Time | 3 days/week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Until 26 September 2025
