General Temporary Vacancies - Accounts and Administration

Achieve has a number of temporary vacancies requiring immediate starts. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in accounts and administration.

These roles with see you completing task such as;

  • Credit Card acquittal process
  • Completion of month end journals
  • Invoicing and receipts
  • Preparation of mail
  • Reconciling basic accounts
  • Prepare banking and petty cash functions
  • General letter writing
  • Running errands as requested
  • Answering phones
  • and other adhoc tasks as required

Highly Desirable

  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Cash handling skill and/or prior finance related experience.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills including Reception duties.
