This is a part time position (24 hours per week) with view to move fulltime in 2020. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth transition from purchase orders through to maintenance administration in a timely and efficient manner. Having a strong desire to serve our customers well and supporting the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and other staff to coordinate, answer questions, resolve, create purchase orders, assist in reporting within excel, taking phone calls, processing timesheets and monthly reconciliations. A friendly phone manner is essential.

This is a wonderful role working with a fantastic team of people. While we expect you to be comfortable with customer service and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, full training will be given in the way our clients systems run , looking for someone whom is naturally organised and would prefer to work in a small team.

This role will be starting with a 20-25 hours a week with view to move fulltime in the new year.
