The role of the Client Group Manager will be to oversee and managing our clients industrial cleaning contracts and day-to-day operations of the Townsville Branch.

* To identify the resource requirements (human and equipment) that will enable the performance of contractual specification
* Physically show the cleaners how to clean (conduct hands-on training)
* To liaise with our clients in terms of any issues with our contracts in terms of any
* Working with third parties to ensure our contracts are performing to specification where
* Supervision of work by third parties to ensure their work is being correctly carried out
in accordance with our contractual obligations
* Collection of information in terms of our contracts to ensure we are on and within
* Develop rosters that enable the performance of all operational work within each clients
contract specification constraints
* Coordinate and supervise staff and contractors in the performance of work to ensure
the completion of services to specification in the contracts
* To collate time sheets, staff packs and service performance information for provision to
the Finance Manager to enable billing and wages payments
* Complete system and reporting documentation as required to ensure contractual
* Provide feedback to their direct supervisor in relation to operational performance of our
contracts and human resource management matters
* Perform cleaning tasks as required

Qualifications / Licences / Tickets
* Minimum of six (6) years experience in a management roll
* Current Queensland drivers licence - C class
* Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
