About the Role

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a HR Support Officer to join our clients HR team on a fixed-term 6 contract.

This varied and exciting role will provide the opportunity for a Human Resources professional to further develop their skills and career within a diverse fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and timely HR administrative and support services to key HR stakeholders;
  • Process relevant paperwork during the employment life-cycle including employment; agreements, terminations, promotions, secondments, study support and parental leave;
  • Manage and maintain employee files;
  • Input data on training matrix requirements for all staff; and
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve positive internal customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a strong HR administration background, with ideally 2+ years experience in a similar role;
  • Have outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively;
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment;
  • Possess precise attention to detail;
  • Be highly customer focused; and
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
