Our client is a dynamic mid-tier infrastructure company that successfully delivers construction projects in Queensland. The company provides expertise in the transport, water, resources and community infrastructure sectors and has developed a reputation for reliable project delivery. They have developed a solid platform for future growth with the successful delivery of larger and more complex projects including key alliances and joint ventures.

We are looking to source an experienced Project Manager on a North Queensland based road project > 100m

The successful candidate will be a proven performer capable of delivering >$100M projects with turnovers in the range of >$5M per month.

Accountabilities will include measuring the projects performance against the following objectives:

•People, management and development

•Planning;

•Health Safety and Environment;

•Quality;

•Construction Management; and;

•Client and stakeholder relationships.

Successful candidates must have:

•Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent;

•Minimum of ten (10) years post graduate experience, preferably in a Principal Contractor environment;

•Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite;

•Ability to formulate/prepare contractual claims and variations;

•Detailed knowledge of head and subcontract agreement pertaining to specific projects; and

•Ability to develop and implement a budget and forecasts
