Vikki Hughes – Business Development Manager
Vikki has over 8 years experience in the Recruitment industry, working in London, Brisbane and now in Townsville with Achieve. Over the years she has achieved incredible results for permanent placements within the Accountancy discipline and is well known for placing the right people in the right jobs. Since joining Achieve, Vikki has added blue collar technical roles as one of her primary focuses.
With degrees in both Business and Psychology Vikki has an honest and consultative approach to both clients and candidates that ensures great results.
Rachel Muguira - Resources
Rachel is an invaluable member of the Achieve team, having spent the last 4 years working across a number of areas. From front desk duties to business coordinator, Rachel ensures operations run smoothly. She also looks after Events Management, in particular the annual Achieve Corporate Outrigger Challenge.
Currently completing her Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource and Sports and Events at James Cook University, Rachel is one reason the future looks bright at Achieve.
Stacey Pringle – Administration Manager
Stacey’s work each and every day enables the rest of the team to Achieve their recruitment goals. For the last 4 years Stacey has steered the administration ship at Achieve and has ensured smooth sailing. She has a wealth of experience in administration having mastered accounts, payroll and many other things over a 15 year career.
